Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

The data controller for this website is the Managing Director mentioned above in the Legal Notice, who can be reached at the address, phone number, and email address provided above.

2. Cookies

We do not use cookies on our websites. There are also no external contents from third-party providers integrated that might use cookies. Furthermore, we do not use any analysis tools on our website.

3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Nature and Purpose of Their Use

When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • Browser identification.

IP addresses are stored only for a period of 7 days and then anonymized. We process the mentioned data for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability, and
  • For IT administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection.

4. Data Transfer

  • You have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
  • The disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
  • In the event that there is a legal obligation for the transfer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and
  • This is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Security Notice for Email Communication

Please note that communication via email is generally unencrypted and may therefore pose a security risk. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. For this reason, we ask you not to send us sensitive or personal data by email. Please use secure communication channels for transmitting confidential information.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

  • Request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to complain, the origin of your data if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about their details;
  • Request the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
  • Request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
  • Receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR;
  • Revoke your consent given to us at any time in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and
  • Complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters.

7. Right to Object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are grounds for doing so arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which is implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
